Graham Twyman
Founder & Director
Twyman & Holmes Est. 1900's
Twyman & Holmes has been established since the early 1900s and is owned and run by Graham Twyman and his qualified team, including his daughter Shena and his Grandson Joshua. Graham worked for another local family business but when they were bought out by a large concern, Graham made the decision to come away and open up Twyman & Holmes Funeral Directors.

Our involvement begins at your first contact and extends even beyond the day of the funeral. As soon as we are notified of the death, we will gather preliminary information and ascertain when we can arrange the removal of the deceased. The family’s wishes are our primary concern and after initial contact with the family we establish when it will be convenient to make the final arrangements.

Joshua Twyman
Manager/Funeral Director
Joshua Twyman has been working at Twyman and Holmes since the day he left school, and at that time was the youngest training funeral director in the UK. After 5 years of working for the business, Graham finally decided it was time for Josh to become a Funeral director for the family business to which he still is to this day. Joshua became assistant manager in 2020.
Shena Todd (Twyman)
Assistant Manager/Funeral Director
Shena has been working at Twyman & Holmes since the age of 16 & has worked her way up to Manager/Funeral Director. Shena is always here to help our families at there time of need.

Alfie Arrenberg
Funeral Directors Assistant
Alfie joined our team in 2023 aged 19 years. Alfie is the second grandson to the owner Graham & will be looking after our fleet of vehicles & all other aspects of the funeral profession
Ry Garrod
Training Funeral Director
Ry joined Twyman and Holmes Funeral Directors in June 2024. Ry is currently learning all aspects of the profession and will eventually become a fully established Funeral Directror.
